The man with eyes the color of the sea, sentenced to a three year exile in Bodrum, transformed his exile into freedom, blue and green into poetry. The sea cruises he went on little fishermen and sponge boats with his humanist intellectual friends in 1950s, became to be known as the “Blue Cruise” in the travel literature.
